Section 994
Section 994 is the main provision of Part 30 of the Companies Act 2006 providing the courts of England and Wales with an unfettered jurisdiction to grant relief from unfair prejudice or, more particularly, from unfairly prejudicial conduct of the affairs of a company or limited liability partnership.
